Delivery Policy

"Orders are processed once the Customer has made an order payment, which was locked from the Customer's account and cannot be claimed by the Vendor until pickup or delivery"
 
Once the order has been processed and shipped, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of the package, so the Customer may track it on-line with the carrier.
 
All orders will be shipped via FedEx or another carrier. Order minimum value must be $500 or more in order to be shipped. The package will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer.

Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the Customer`s monthly statement. Shipping charges are not refundable.
 
Importer of Record Recipients.
 
Title and risk of loss for items ordered will transfer to the Customer once shipment has been picked up by the carrier from the Vendor.
 
Non-Importer of Record Recipients.
 
Title and risk of loss for items ordered, transfer to the Customer upon pickup or delivery.
 
Most orders shipped require a signature upon delivery. Parcels shipped on this basis cannot be left without signatures.
 
In the case of a parcel being signed for and a delivery confirmaon being available on the courier's website, if the customer denies receiving the package, this is called a ‘Denial of Receipt’.
 
Under these circumstances, we must contact the courier to confirm the delivery details, who will in turn contact the Customer to ask for written documentation to be completed to confirm that the parcel has not been received. These circumstances must be mediated by the courier and we cannot take action until it has been confirmed whether or not the parcel was received by the Customer.
 
When receiving the order, a Customer should inspect the packaging to ensure that it has not been tampered with in any way. WWW.BOWDAA.COM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by tracking. The Customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.
 
Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. The Customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destinaon country.
 
 WWW.BOWDAA.COM  will not be responsible If the Customer has given us the wrong shipping address, or If someone else receive the product or steal it during collection.
